Tiny movie star headed for Elstree
The fountain of knowledge, The Daily Star, claims Verne Troyer, 2ft 8in actor who played Mini-Me in Austin Powers will take part in Celebrity Big Brother.
The tiny actor, 39, is only 2ft 8in tall. He played Dr Ego’s tiny clone in the popular Austin Powers movie.
Last year a private sex tape featuring him and his ex-lover Ranae Shrider was leaked on to DVD. He launched a £12 million lawsuit against celebrity pornmaker Kevin Blatt, who he claimed was responsible for the video, to prevent the video being released.
“A lot of people just look at somebody of my stature as being an elf or a leprechaun,” says Troyer. ”I’d rather they look beyond that. I can do many things.”
