The ‘Ignore the Obvious’ task continued earlier today with Steve and Dave’s wives appearing in the Big Brother garden for some afternoon tea and cakes.

A small table was set up in the garden for the event, with a waitor on hand to make sure the wives were taken care of on their short visit to the house.

It was clear that both Steve and Dave found this segment of the task difficult to ignore. With most of the housemates present in the garden the conversation turned to Ben visiting Wales and being introduced to Dave’s wife – who was sitting mere feet from the conversation.

After the wives left the garden Steve took some time to himself in the bedroom whilst Dave showed Ben picures of his wife and kids.

In other news regarding the task – reports suggest ex-housemate Nathan will make an appearance at some point today although this has not been confirmed by Channel 4.

Update – Channel 4 have confirmed that Nathan is at the BB compound to film a segment for Big Mouth and will not be entering the house as part of the task today.
